昨天（5月22日），记者从浙江省质量检测科学研究院了解到，6月1日起，一个用于鸡血石制品分级的行业标准，将正式实施。消费者买鸡血石制品，将告别全凭经验判断好坏的历史。
好不好全靠肉眼看
目前，市场上销售的鸡血石制品，以鸡血石印章为主，另外还有一些如摆饰、首饰等。鸡血石印章，用于收藏和馈赠，一直以来颇受青睐。近些年来，随着鸡血石产量减小，鸡血石制品价格也水涨船高。
鸡血石制品好坏，要看“血”的颜色、形状、多少，“地”（鸡血石除血以外的部分）的质地、颜色、透明度，鸡血石的净度等。但因为长期缺乏完善的质量评价体系，这些全凭肉眼分辨。因此，差不多品质的鸡血石制品，在市场上标价差异很大，普通消费者一般很难准确判断鸡血石制品品质好坏。
“据我们了解，目前鸡血石制品收藏者很多，但是真正懂行的并不多。”浙江省质量技术监督检测研究院高级工程师陶金波说，正因为如此，鸡血石制品销售市场，存在以次充好的情况。一件品质一般的鸡血石制品，不诚信商家会将其吹嘘成优等产品，令其身价倍增，消费者稍有不慎，就会被骗花冤枉钱。
在实际销售中，私下交易的很多，因此更难监管。
鸡血石制品分级标准下月实施
一直以来，鸡血石制品只能鉴别真假，而缺乏品质分级标准，给市场监管带来很大困难。消费者很难靠肉眼看，准确判断鸡血石制品优劣，因此不少人不敢轻易购买，中档的鸡血石制品的购买需求，被严重制约。
没有行业标准，鸡血石产业的发展也会受到制约。
2007年开始，陶金波等9名专业人士组成的项目小组，开始着手解决鸡血石制品的分级问题。通过对矿区和市场上鸡血石原石及成品的考察，收集各个品类的鸡血石制品标本，对其进行常规宝石学测试、成分和谱学测试，在真伪优劣鉴别的测试结果基础上，进行比较、鉴别、分类和命名，探索其“地”、“血”对鸡血石制品质量的影响，建立了鸡血石制品的质量分级指标检测标准，并且在前年起草了《鸡血石制品分级》。
今年年初，工信部终于批准了《鸡血石制品分级》作为鸡血石制品的行业标准，并且在6月1日起实施。
“有了这个标准，消费者购买鸡血石制品时，心里就能有个数。”陶金波说。
品质好坏拿“标准”一对便知
在这份标准中，将从质量或规格、血色级别、血量级别、地的级别、地色、净度级别六个方面来为鸡血石制品分级。
“血”色级别：根据鸡血石制品主血色的色调、明度、饱和度变化，划分为四个级别，由高到低依次表示为S1、S2、S3、S4。S1级别的血色描述为：色调纯正、色彩鲜艳、饱和度高。
“地”的级别：根据鸡血石制品“地”的细腻程度、硬度、透明度、表面光泽、韧性及矿物组成不同，划分为四个级别，由高到低依次表示为D1、D2、D3、D4。D1级别的“地”称为“冻地”。
其他几项，都有类似的分级。
“以后描述鸡血石制品的血色，只要说是S1级，就可以知道，这块鸡血石制品血色很不错。”陶金波说，要是在以前，描述血色只能用“很红”、“非常红”这样的模糊概念，到底红到什么品质，每个人的感受不一样。
今后，每一块在商场销售的鸡血石制品，都会有一份鉴定证书，产品的血色级别、地的级别等六个方面的分级，都会被写在证书上。
“这样一来，销售商想要以次充好就不容易了。”省质检院国家注册珠宝玉石评估师严雪俊，也参与此次标准的调查和起草，她说对于同一个血色，有人觉得鲜艳，有人觉得偏暗，很难统一，现在有了标准，就能做一个很好的参照。
