“疯狂石头”不只是黄龙玉

2.5公斤鸡血石卖到500万
沈阳一家玉石厂的李经理表示：“现在沈城市场并未受到黄龙玉的影响，沈阳古玩家喜欢什么就收藏什么，鸡血石、青田石和寿山石才是沈阳玩家的最爱。”
目前，沈阳市场上四大名石的价格却在不断走高，“3年前的寿山石印章才40万，现在一枚寿山石印章的市场价已达到200万，涨了4倍；而纯粹的田黄
石50克现在也可卖到40万的高价，究其原因，主要是因为这些名石在数量上的稀缺，仅仅2.5公斤的鸡血石就可出手500万。”
李经理分析说，除了一部分炒作的原因之外，最重要的是由于四大系名石属于稀缺资源，随着时间的推移，真正的精品开始逐渐稀缺，所以品种好的名石“一石难求”。
有趣的是，在以四大系名石为原料的产品中，印章比摆件等其他产品的价格更高。这主要是因为现在收藏者已经越来越重视石头自身的品质，不希望有太多后天雕刻的痕迹，所以名石印章虽小，价格却远在摆件等其他产品之上。
投资石头有风险需谨慎
“石头”的价格成十倍，甚至百倍的上涨，这样的收益足以吸引多数人的眼球。据介绍，并不是所有的石头价格都能大幅上涨，前提必须是本身品质好的名石，否则价格上涨的空间非常有限。只有品质好的名石，才能做到真正的有价有市。
对于如何正确理智地收藏玉器，业内人士均表示，从以往的经验来看，购买名石的人多数都作为收藏，从事专业投资的人并不多。
而且，名石和玉石的产品相对复杂，风险也比较大。普通人很少能在短时间内鉴别其真假、成色、品质和价值等等。在众多的玉石和名石产品中，能够升值的产品毕竟有限，所以没有一定的基本功，盲目出手，就极少有机会买到“货真价实”或者升值空间大的产品。
